Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nordruhe (Christoph Sacher), Argentinierstraße 29/24, 1040 Vienna, Austria (“we,” “us”), which operates Language Learning with Songs (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with care.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. The service is designed for young children, but only a parent or guardian may create and control an account, manage billing, and consent to a child using it.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Set up child profiles for your own family's use, and keep billing and settings behind the parent gate.
Free trial, subscription & billing
Premium is a recurring subscription offered monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year). New subscriptions may start with a 7-day free trial.
- You provide a payment method when you start the trial. You are not charged during the 7-day trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged the plan price shown at sign-up.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude applicable taxes.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime in one tap from your account, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge — email office@nordruhe.de and we'll refund it.
Family use only
Your subscription is for your household's personal, non-commercial use. Please don't share your account outside your family, or copy, resell, download-and-redistribute, or publicly perform the songs and content.
Our content
All songs, recordings, illustrations, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your family's learning enjoyment. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to stream them through the service. We reserve all other rights.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove songs and features, and we may update these terms; for material changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updates.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
